Daily Grind Coffee Co. started in 2018 when Alex and Priya Chen converted a heritage bluestone warehouse on Smith Street, Fitzroy into the kind of café they'd always wanted — one that takes the coffee seriously but never takes itself too seriously.
We roast in small batches at our warehouse in Collingwood, travel to origin when we can, and believe that a great flat white shouldn't require a lecture. Walk in, feel at home, leave better than you arrived.
